CURIOSITIES COLLECTION
Gravel offers nationwide shipping on any item from our Curiosities Collection, and local delivery in Los Angeles for items from our Floral and Moss and Succulent collections.
FLORALS AND MOSS AND SUCCULENTS COLLECTIONS
Gravel offers local delivery for locations within a 35 mile radius from our shop in Glendale, California.
Floral Collection items are available for next-day delivery for orders placed by 1PM PST the day prior. Moss and Succulent Collection items are available for two-day delivery for orders placed by 1PM PST. For Same Day Delivery availability, please call 818.949.2917. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Products will be shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. Please note we cannot change the address once the order is placed. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Returns
Gravel will gladly accept refunds on items purchased from our Curiosities Collection within 10 days of receipt of your item.
Items from our Florals and Moss and Succulent collections are not eligible for refunds or returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges / Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
